Refund & Returns Policy

At Koala Living & Appliances, your rights are protected under Australian Consumer Law.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for a major failure
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Fees:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Up to 20% restocking fee may apply
  • We do not accept change of mind for health, safety, or health/safety baby products. It is because we have a legal and moral responsibility to the health and safety of the customers using our products, and we are not allowed to be selling products that have been opened, handled, or used, etc.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons.
